Yes and they should be because almost all vitamins and minerals work synergistically. It’s difficult to take separate preparations of vitamins and minerals and generally not necessary unless determined by a qualified health professional, who would then give you the exact dosages and times of consumption. A properly formulated multivitamin and mineral formula (MVM) will contain the correct amounts of both B vitamins and deliver what’s necessary for the vast majority.
